1. The service

Grade Calculator provides free online calculators and educational articles about grades and GPA (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Guidance only — not an official record

Calculator results are estimates based on the standard US grading scale and the numbers you enter. Schools and teachers set their own scales, weights and rounding rules, and their records are the only official ones. We are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on a result, including academic planning decisions; always confirm important outcomes with your school.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service for personal, educational purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or scrape the Service at abusive rates.
• Do not misrepresent calculator results as official school documents.

4. Content and intellectual property

Articles, text and design on this site are our property or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with a link back for educational use. Calculator outputs (your own results) belong to you.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and may update these terms; the version published here is the current one, and continued use after an update is acceptance of it.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
